After a talk with Rosham on the phone, it turns out he came to the US a few years back, earned his citizenship, and had a long interest in cooking. Would he be interested teaming with some newly arrived refugees? Absolutely, anything to help!
Diane Nussbaum has coordinated with her charges, Saraswati and Ganga, apartment neighbors to make sure they can come to meet Chef Jeff Bacon at the Triad Community Kitchen on Wednesday. Team Nepal is ready!
Menbi Halu called and asked if her supervisor, Paul Lasovski, chef and manager at American Hebrew Academy, can come to Meridian and the event to support her.
